Best juice cleanse... period.

So, I just tried a new juice cleanse and I finally found one that I love. I think it's the variety of juices based on a schedule, makes this cleanse more realistic for me and my busy daily schedule.

I was hoping to find a simple, detoxing program that wouldn't be too much a shock to my system. Cooler Cleanse is the one I discovered, and I love it.

I tried a 3 day juice cleanse, because I have enough experience with cleanses to know that I am not a natural. (I get grumpy... and that's not good for anyone in my office.)

I think what I like most is that this short cleanse works well with busy schedules, and gives a combined caloric intake of approximately 1,200 daily calories, which fights off grumpiness. Also, it simply tastes good.

We recently had a friend get married, and I marveled over how amazing and dazzling their wedding cake was. It is quite spectacular how ornate wedding cakes can be today. So, we found this photo of what their wedding cake looked like. They said is wasn't original--that they copied a photo on the internet, but it was a great cake never the less.

GoDropBox, the Google Docs file sharing application

GoDropBox is a cool third-party add-on for Google Apps that replicates some of the functionality from the ever popular DropBox, but with a unique twist! The Google Apps add-on allows files to be uploaded into a drop box that connects to Google Docs. After uploading a document, the account user will receive a confirmation email within their Gmail account with a link to the file--which opens in Google Docs.

This application is a useful alternative to Dropbox--the local file sharing/syncing application. In order to use GoDropBox, you’ll have to be a Google Apps user and an admin will have to install it on your domain.
